As a Community Representative at Consulting.com, your mission is to drive clients to their first wins, and retain the ones who succeed by keeping the community a place they value.

You are not just a moderator. You are a frontline operator of client experience, responsible for upholding standards, protecting brand integrity, and making sure every client feels seen, supported, and fired up to take action. You create daily momentum, resolve issues fast, and feed insights back to the team.

Every new person who joins this team is expected to match our standards at the very least, and to elevate them. You are not here to keep up. You are here to run the community and raise the bar.

What You'll Do

Moderate the community across all assigned platforms. Enforce the rules, keep discussion respectful, and remove spam or low-value content immediately.

Be proactive. Do not wait for questions. Spot confusion early, jump in, and offer help before friction turns into frustration.

Engage with clients daily. Clear DMs, answer every post and comment, and follow up with anyone who needs extra help. Nothing is left hanging.

Act as a coach. Help clients succeed by answering questions clearly and guiding them toward their next win with care and intent.

Track and report. Keep an eye on your KPIs daily, then submit an end-of-day report every shift covering your metrics, wins, blockers, and the trends you are spotting.

You make it personal. Generic does not cut it. Personalisation is a reflex, not an afterthought.

You take full ownership. If you say you will do something, you follow through.

You show up every day with speed, confidence, and care. You are present, not reactive.

You notice patterns, escalate early, and protect the brand before issues go public.

Requirements

Strong written communication in English, friendly, professional, clear, and confident across all client types.

Close attention to detail. You only give answers you are sure of, and escalate when you are not.

Ability to stay present and consistent throughout the day across multiple platforms.

Comfortable working at speed in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Experience in community management or a client facing role is an advantage, but not a necessity.

Staying below it is not. If you have gaps but real trajectory, you'll get coached hard & early. If you slow execution & drain energy, you won't stay, because at that point keeping you is our failure as much as yours.

You want a normal 9-5. This role is NOT easy & requires an all-in mentality. We're looking for an applicant who will put in the work that others won't.
