These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (the "Site") owned and operated by IAG SERVICES FZCO, doing business as Consulting.com (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific programs, products, services, or sections of the Site.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page. Your continued access to or use of the Site following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content made available on the Site, including without limitation videos, text, graphics, logos, images, software, tools, templates, downloadable materials, and other digital resources (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of the Company or of its affiliates or licensors. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Content without the Company's prior written consent.
2. User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content to the Company (including, without limitation, comments, testimonials, and uploads), you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt such content.
To the extent that your submission constitutes a "work made for hire," it shall be owned exclusively by the Company. To the extent that it does not, you hereby assign to the Company all right, title, and interest in and to such submission. You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to make the submission and that your content does not violate any applicable law or infringe the rights of any third party.
3. Earnings Disclaimer
The Company makes no guarantee of income or of any specific result. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies are not typical and do not constitute a promise or representation that you will achieve similar results.
Your results depend on numerous factors beyond the Company's control, including your effort, background, and prevailing market conditions. You use the Content at your own risk.
4. Testimonials
Testimonials displayed on the Site reflect the genuine experiences of customers. They do not constitute a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes.
5. Online Commerce and Subscriptions
5.1 Eligibility
By purchasing any of our products, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or, alternatively, that you are making the purchase with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we determine that a purchase was made by a minor without such consent, we reserve the right to revoke access and to issue a refund at our discretion. Parents or legal guardians who permit a minor to use their payment information shall be deemed responsible for all of that minor's activity.
5.2 Subscriptions and General Purchase Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next billing date. Third-party financing arrangements, such as Splitit, are not subscriptions; they are governed by Section 5.4 and are subject to the same refund policy as Monetise.
All purchases are licensed for individual use only. Accounts and materials may not be shared. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke access where we deem it necessary.
5.3 Split Payment Plans
For eligible products, including Monetise and Monetise Pro, we may offer split payment plans that allow customers to pay the total purchase price in multiple installments.
For Monetise, the following split payment plans may be offered to eligible customers. These plans carry additional transaction fees compared with the one-time payment option, which carries no such fees.
Split payment in two (2) installments;
Split payment in three (3) installments; and
Split payment in five (5) installments.
We may, at our discretion, offer additional or alternative split payment plans. The applicable installment amounts, total purchase price, and payment schedule will be communicated at checkout.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, the first installment is due at the time of purchase, and each subsequent installment is due every thirty (30) days thereafter. No extensions will be granted.
By selecting a split payment plan and completing the first installment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to pay the entire purchase price associated with the selected plan, including all remaining installments, in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Split payment plans constitute a binding commitment to purchase the product at its full agreed price. They are not monthly subscriptions and cannot be cancelled on a monthly basis. Subject to applicable law and to the Refund Policy set out in Section 6, all payment obligations remain in full force and effect after the expiry of the initial seven (7) day refund period.
5.4 Third-Party Financing (Splitit and Similar Providers)
Payments processed through Splitit, or through any other third-party financing provider, constitute a financing arrangement and not a split payment plan offered by the Company. By selecting such an option, you enter into a separate agreement with the financing provider under which you undertake to pay the full purchase price, divided into the number of installments you have agreed to.
You are entitled to a full refund only if you request it within the first seven (7) days following your purchase. After that period, every remaining installment under your financing arrangement becomes due and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
5.5 Failure to Complete Payments
If any scheduled installment is missed, declined, or otherwise remains unpaid, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to Monetise, Monetise Pro, and any associated content, coaching, community, or software until all overdue amounts have been successfully collected.
Access will be reinstated only once all outstanding installments that have fallen due under the agreed payment schedule have been paid in full.
Subject to applicable law, the suspension or revocation of access due to missed payments does not release you from your obligation to pay the remaining installments of your payment plan.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 General Terms
Consulting.com is committed to customer satisfaction. Accordingly, we offer refund terms that allow customers to try our products with confidence and to request a refund within the stated period if a product is not the right fit for them.
Refund terms are product-specific and are set out in Section 6.2. To request a refund, you must contact support@consulting.com within the applicable refund period, stating your full name and the email address associated with your order.
Unless otherwise stated, the refund period begins on the date and time of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except for cryptocurrency payments (see Section 6.4), subject to the conditions applicable to the product purchased. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and typically range from five (5) to ten (10) business days.
We believe this approach balances flexibility for our customers with the integrity of our products, and ensures that all refund requests are handled fairly and transparently. Once the refund period applicable to a product has expired, no refund will be processed, and no person shall be entitled to, or guaranteed, a refund.
6.2 Product-Specific Refund Periods
Unless otherwise stated, each refund below is a full refund, granted without any requirement to state a reason ("no questions asked").
Monetise – Full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
Monetise Pro – Full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
UpLevel – Full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
Quantum – All sales are final. No refund, whether partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.
Agency Accelerator – Full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
Agency Navigator – Full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Digital Launchpad – Refund of the first payment only, provided the request is made within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. To cancel future payments, a request must be sent by email at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next billing date.
Command Centre – Full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
Boardroom – Refunds available until June 17, 2025.
Mindset Accelerator – Refunds available from October 7, 2025, to October 14, 2025, inclusive.
MMOC 2.0 VIP Ticket – Refunds available from October 7, 2025, to October 14, 2025, inclusive.

AI Income Challenge Fast-Track Kit – additional purchases and order bumps: AskIman Prompt Pack, 25 Additional Profitable Side Hustles, and Alchemy of Self – Any additional purchase or order bump associated with the AI Income Challenge Fast-Track Kit is subject to the same refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted by November 22, 2026.
6.3 Refunds for Split Payment Plans
For Monetise purchases made through a split payment plan, the seven (7) day refund period begins on the date and time of the first installment payment, regardless of the number of installments selected.
The seven (7) day refund guarantee applies to the initial purchase only and may be exercised solely within seven (7) days of the first installment payment. Subsequent installment payments do not initiate a new refund period or extend the existing one.
If an eligible refund is requested and approved within that initial seven (7) day period, all payments collected under the plan will be refunded and the remaining installment obligations will be cancelled.
Once the initial seven (7) day refund period has expired, all remaining installments remain due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule and are non-refundable, except to the extent that a refund is required by mandatory applicable law.
Failure to pay any subsequent installment does not constitute a cancellation or a refund request and does not release the customer from their payment obligations.
6.4 Cryptocurrency Payments
Refunds for purchases made in cryptocurrency cannot be returned in cryptocurrency or to the original cryptocurrency wallet. Where a cryptocurrency purchase is eligible for a refund under this Refund Policy, the refund amount will instead be credited to the customer's Whop balance.
To withdraw funds from their Whop balance, customers may be required to complete Whop's identity verification process. All verification and withdrawal requirements are governed by Whop's applicable policies and procedures.
Any fees incurred in the withdrawal process, including Whop fees, international bank fees, and currency conversion fees, are determined by Whop and the relevant financial institutions. The Company accepts no liability for any such fees.
7. Program Guarantees
7.1 General Conditions
Certain programs include performance guarantees, which are subject to the time limits and conditions set out in this Section 7. The conditions in this Section 7.1 apply to every guarantee described below.
Each guarantee is program-specific and non-transferable, and is limited strictly to the continued coaching and support described for it. No guarantee constitutes a money-back guarantee, a refund entitlement, financial compensation, or a promise of income, revenue, or any specific financial outcome. Results are not guaranteed: typical results vary, and individual results depend on factors outside the Company's control, including your own effort, skills, consistency, implementation, decision-making, and market conditions. No other guarantees, whether express or implied, are provided.
7.2 Monetise Guarantees
Make Money Online Challenge 1.0 (May 2025). When you enroll in Monetise, we provide a results-based support guarantee tied to execution. We will continue to provide you with coaching, guidance, and operational support until you have generated fifteen thousand US dollars (USD 15,000) in revenue, or until three (3) years have elapsed from your date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
Make Money Online Challenge 2.0 (September–October 2025). When you enroll in Monetise, we provide a guarantee tied to your investment. We will continue to provide coaching and support until you have generated revenue equal to at least ten (10) times your initial purchase price, for a period of up to three (3) years from your date of purchase, whichever occurs first. For example, if your initial purchase price is USD 1,995, the guaranteed support continues until you have generated at least USD 19,950 in revenue, or until three (3) years have elapsed, whichever occurs first.
AI Income Workshop (January 2026). When you enroll in Monetise, we provide a results-based support guarantee tied to execution. We will continue to provide you with coaching, guidance, and operational support until you sign your first client, for a maximum period of three (3) years from your date of purchase, whichever occurs first. Make Money Online Challenge 3.0 (April–May 2026). When you enroll in Monetise, we provide a results-based support guarantee tied to execution. Make Money Online Challenge 2.0 (September–October 2025). When you enroll in Monetise Pro, we provide a guarantee tied to your investment. If you do not generate at least fifty thousand US dollars (USD 50,000) within the initial coaching period of ninety (90) days, your Pro coaching will be renewed for an additional period of ninety (90) days at no extra cost.
AI Income Workshop (January 2026). When you enroll in Monetise Pro, you receive twelve (12) months of consulting calls and support, beginning on your date of purchase. Your access to Pro coaching will remain available throughout this twelve (12) month period in accordance with the terms of the program. Monetise Pro includes a seven (7) day money-back guarantee beginning on your date of purchase, which is separate from, and not tied to, the twelve (12) month coaching period. Monetise Pro does not provide an earnings guarantee.
Make Money Online Challenge 3.0 (April–May 2026). When you enroll in Monetise Pro, we provide a guarantee tied to your investment. If you do not generate at least one hundred thousand US dollars (USD 100,000) within the initial coaching period of ninety (90) days, your Pro coaching will be renewed for an additional period of ninety (90) days at no extra cost.

8. Promotions, Giveaways and Competitions
8.1 General
From time to time, the Company (in this capacity, the "Sponsor") may run promotions, sweepstakes, or prize drawings (collectively, "Giveaways"). Giveaways may include physical goods, digital products, one-on-one experiences, or travel-related opportunities. The specific details of each Giveaway will be announced during the relevant session.
8.2 Eligibility
Giveaways are open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and to minors who have the consent of their parent or legal guardian where such participation is legally permitted. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible to enter.
8.3 Entry
Entry into a Giveaway generally requires live attendance at the applicable session and compliance with the instructions provided in real time (for example, completing a form, submitting a reaction in the chat, or otherwise engaging as directed). Unless otherwise stated, only one (1) entry per person per session will be accepted. Incomplete, late, or non-compliant entries will be deemed void.
8.4 Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from among all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants present and complying with the instructions. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the selection of winners are final and binding.
8.5 Travel Prizes
Where a prize involves travel, the Sponsor will cover only those costs expressly stated at the time the prize is awarded, such as airfare, accommodation, and local transfers. All other costs, including passports, visas, insurance, personal expenses, and incidental charges, remain the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel dates and arrangements are determined by the Sponsor and may be subject to blackout dates. If a winner is unable to travel or does not meet the applicable requirements, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Monetise Mania mastermind. With respect to the Monetise Mania mastermind offered as a prize in the Monetise Mania competition, the Company's sole obligation is to invite the winners to attend. Under no circumstances will the Company cover accommodation, travel, legal, or related expenses.
8.6 Physical Prizes
Where a prize consists of a physical item, the Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to arrange its delivery to the winner. Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for any import duties, customs clearance, or local restrictions associated with the delivery. Where delivery is not possible due to logistical, legal, or other practical limitations, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the item with a cash equivalent of comparable value, as determined at the Sponsor's discretion.
8.7 Taxes and Winner Notification
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations arising from the receipt of a prize. The Sponsor will not cover these amounts unless required by law.
Potential winners may be announced live during the event and/or contacted via the email address on file. Failure to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or within any other timeframe specified at the time of notification, may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.
VIP Challenge sessions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where winners are contacted by call during any VIP Challenge session (including, in particular, the MacBook giveaway held during each VIP session of our online events), the potential winner must answer immediately in order to be eligible and confirmed as the official winner, in accordance with the rules of that Giveaway. Otherwise, the Sponsor will proceed to the next contestant.
8.8 Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8.9 Relationship to Products and Refunds
Participation in a Giveaway is a bonus feature and does not form part of the core product offering. Winning or not winning a prize does not, in itself, affect your refund rights. However, the acceptance or retention of a prize constitutes a waiver of any eligibility for a refund of the related product under Section 6.
8.10 Disqualification, Substitution and Third Parties
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative, unless otherwise required by law or unless substitution is necessary. The Sponsor may, at its discretion, substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Apple Inc. and other third parties are neither sponsors nor affiliates of these Giveaways, and their trademarks are used for identification purposes only.
8.11 Competition Earnings Display
By participating in any program or service that includes a competition or leaderboard feature, you acknowledge and agree that your earnings may be displayed on the applicable leaderboard as part of the program's features, unless you expressly opt out through the settings provided. Opting out will remove your earnings from public competition displays.
9. Lifetime Access Definition
"Lifetime access" applies to program content only. Unless otherwise stated, mentorship, support, software access, and community features are generally provided for a period of twelve (12) months. Continued access beyond that period may require additional payment. Delivery formats and platforms are subject to change.
10. Community Guidelines
We may host private groups, chats, forums, competitions, and leaderboards for our members. These spaces are intended to be supportive environments in which to learn, ask questions, and share progress. Respectful conduct is required of everyone who participates, and by participating you agree to comply with the following guidelines:
You shall treat other members and the Company's team with respect. Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or demeaning behavior of any kind is prohibited.
You shall not promote your own business, products, services, or content, or those of any third party, and shall not sell or attempt to sell any product or service to other members.
You shall not post spam, including repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited messages.
You shall not share invitations or links to external groups, servers, communities, or websites.
These guidelines apply equally to participation in competitions and leaderboards. Any abuse or manipulation of a competition, or any misrepresentation of your earnings or results, constitutes a violation of these guidelines.
We may remove any content that violates these guidelines, and may suspend or remove any participant who breaches them, at our sole discretion and without refund.
11. Use of Software Products
11.1 Software Included in Monetise
Access to GhostwriterOS, Synthesise AI, AskIman, Alchemy of Self, and ListKit (for eligible clients who joined Monetise during the Side Hustle Summit in September 2026), as included in Monetise, is granted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout, and is subject to fair use. Excessive or abusive use may result in suspension of access without refund.
11.2 AskIman – Challenge Fast-Track Kit and Summit Fast-Track Kit
Access to AskIman included in the Challenge Fast-Track Kit and the Summit Fast-Track Kit is available solely for the duration of the relevant challenge or event. Upon its conclusion, AskIman will be permanently removed from that product suite and will no longer be available to those users.
In particular, access to AskIman included in the Summit Fast-Track Kit is provided until the end of the Side Hustle Summit on September 20, 2026 (inclusive), after which it will expire. To continue using AskIman beyond that date, users may either purchase Monetise, which includes access to AskIman, or purchase standalone access to AskIman.
11.3 AskIman – The Side Hustle Challenge
Access to AskIman included in The Side Hustle Challenge is provided for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
11.4 AI Income Challenge – Software Access
For customers who purchased the AI Income Challenge Fast-Track Kit, access to AskIman is provided until November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST, and access to Alchemy of Self is provided until November 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
For customers who purchased the AI Income Challenge VIP Ticket, access to Alchemy of Self is provided until December 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
11.5 Expiry of Access
Access to the software products described in this Section 11 will expire automatically on the dates and at the times specified, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all of our products and services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Company does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All materials are provided for educational purposes only. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making any decision.
13. Registration and Account Security
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next billing date. Third-party financing arrangements, such as Splitit, are not subscriptions; they are governed by Section 5.4 and are subject to the same refund policy as Monetise.
All purchases are licensed for individual use only. Accounts and materials may not be shared. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke access where we deem it necessary.
5.3 Split Payment Plans
For eligible products, including Monetise and Monetise Pro, we may offer split payment plans that allow customers to pay the total purchase price in multiple installments.
For Monetise, the following split payment plans may be offered to eligible customers. These plans carry additional transaction fees compared with the one-time payment option, which carries no such fees.
Split payment in two (2) installments;
Split payment in three (3) installments; and
Split payment in five (5) installments.
We may, at our discretion, offer additional or alternative split payment plans. The applicable installment amounts, total purchase price, and payment schedule will be communicated at checkout.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, the first installment is due at the time of purchase, and each subsequent installment is due every thirty (30) days thereafter. No extensions will be granted.
By selecting a split payment plan and completing the first installment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to pay the entire purchase price associated with the selected plan, including all remaining installments, in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Split payment plans constitute a binding commitment to purchase the product at its full agreed price. They are not monthly subscriptions and cannot be cancelled on a monthly basis. Subject to applicable law and to the Refund Policy set out in Section 6, all payment obligations remain in full force and effect after the expiry of the initial seven (7) day refund period.
5.4 Third-Party Financing (Splitit and Similar Providers)
Payments processed through Splitit, or through any other third-party financing provider, constitute a financing arrangement and not a split payment plan offered by the Company. By selecting such an option, you enter into a separate agreement with the financing provider under which you undertake to pay the full purchase price, divided into the number of installments you have agreed to.
You are entitled to a full refund only if you request it within the first seven (7) days following your purchase. After that period, every remaining installment under your financing arrangement becomes due and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
5.5 Failure to Complete Payments
If any scheduled installment is missed, declined, or otherwise remains unpaid, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to Monetise, Monetise Pro, and any associated content, coaching, community, or software until all overdue amounts have been successfully collected.
Access will be reinstated only once all outstanding installments that have fallen due under the agreed payment schedule have been paid in full.
Subject to applicable law, the suspension or revocation of access due to missed payments does not release you from your obligation to pay the remaining installments of your payment plan.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 General Terms
Consulting.com is committed to customer satisfaction. Accordingly, we offer refund terms that allow customers to try our products with confidence and to request a refund within the stated period if a product is not the right fit for them.
Refund terms are product-specific and are set out in Section 6.2. To request a refund, you must contact support@consulting.com within the applicable refund period, stating your full name and the email address associated with your order.
Unless otherwise stated, the refund period begins on the date and time of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except for cryptocurrency payments (see Section 6.4), subject to the conditions applicable to the product purchased. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and typically range from five (5) to ten (10) business days.
We believe this approach balances flexibility for our customers with the integrity of our products, and ensures that all refund requests are handled fairly and transparently. Once the refund period applicable to a product has expired, no refund will be processed, and no person shall be entitled to, or guaranteed, a refund.
6.2 Product-Specific Refund Periods
Unless otherwise stated, each refund below is a full refund, granted without any requirement to state a reason ("no questions asked").
Monetise – Full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.

Quantum – All sales are final. No refund, whether partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital Launchpad – Refund of the first payment only, provided the request is made within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. To cancel future payments, a request must be sent by email at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next billing date.

6.3 Refunds for Split Payment Plans
For Monetise purchases made through a split payment plan, the seven (7) day refund period begins on the date and time of the first installment payment, regardless of the number of installments selected.
The seven (7) day refund guarantee applies to the initial purchase only and may be exercised solely within seven (7) days of the first installment payment. Subsequent installment payments do not initiate a new refund period or extend the existing one.
If an eligible refund is requested and approved within that initial seven (7) day period, all payments collected under the plan will be refunded and the remaining installment obligations will be cancelled.
Once the initial seven (7) day refund period has expired, all remaining installments remain due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule and are non-refundable, except to the extent that a refund is required by mandatory applicable law.
Failure to pay any subsequent installment does not constitute a cancellation or a refund request and does not release the customer from their payment obligations.
6.4 Cryptocurrency Payments
Refunds for purchases made in cryptocurrency cannot be returned in cryptocurrency or to the original cryptocurrency wallet. Where a cryptocurrency purchase is eligible for a refund under this Refund Policy, the refund amount will instead be credited to the customer's Whop balance.
To withdraw funds from their Whop balance, customers may be required to complete Whop's identity verification process. All verification and withdrawal requirements are governed by Whop's applicable policies and procedures.
Any fees incurred in the withdrawal process, including Whop fees, international bank fees, and currency conversion fees, are determined by Whop and the relevant financial institutions. The Company accepts no liability for any such fees.
7. Program Guarantees
7.1 General Conditions
Certain programs include performance guarantees, which are subject to the time limits and conditions set out in this Section 7. The conditions in this Section 7.1 apply to every guarantee described below.
Each guarantee is program-specific and non-transferable, and is limited strictly to the continued coaching and support described for it. No guarantee constitutes a money-back guarantee, a refund entitlement, financial compensation, or a promise of income, revenue, or any specific financial outcome. Results are not guaranteed: typical results vary, and individual results depend on factors outside the Company's control, including your own effort, skills, consistency, implementation, decision-making, and market conditions. No other guarantees, whether express or implied, are provided.
7.2 Monetise Guarantees
Make Money Online Challenge 1.0 (May 2025). When you enroll in Monetise, we provide a results-based support guarantee tied to execution. We will continue to provide you with coaching, guidance, and operational support until you have generated fifteen thousand US dollars (USD 15,000) in revenue, or until three (3) years have elapsed from your date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
Make Money Online Challenge 2.0 (September–October 2025). When you enroll in Monetise, we provide a guarantee tied to your investment. We will continue to provide coaching and support until you have generated revenue equal to at least ten (10) times your initial purchase price, for a period of up to three (3) years from your date of purchase, whichever occurs first. 8. Promotions, Giveaways and Competitions
8.1 General
From time to time, the Company (in this capacity, the "Sponsor") may run promotions, sweepstakes, or prize drawings (collectively, "Giveaways"). Giveaways may include physical goods, digital products, one-on-one experiences, or travel-related opportunities. The specific details of each Giveaway will be announced during the relevant session.
8.2 Eligibility
Giveaways are open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and to minors who have the consent of their parent or legal guardian where such participation is legally permitted. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible to enter.
8.3 Entry
Entry into a Giveaway generally requires live attendance at the applicable session and compliance with the instructions provided in real time (for example, completing a form, submitting a reaction in the chat, or otherwise engaging as directed). Unless otherwise stated, only one (1) entry per person per session will be accepted. Incomplete, late, or non-compliant entries will be deemed void.
8.4 Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from among all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants present and complying with the instructions. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the selection of winners are final and binding.
8.5 Travel Prizes
Where a prize involves travel, the Sponsor will cover only those costs expressly stated at the time the prize is awarded, such as airfare, accommodation, and local transfers. All other costs, including passports, visas, insurance, personal expenses, and incidental charges, remain the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel dates and arrangements are determined by the Sponsor and may be subject to blackout dates. If a winner is unable to travel or does not meet the applicable requirements, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Monetise Mania mastermind. With respect to the Monetise Mania mastermind offered as a prize in the Monetise Mania competition, the Company's sole obligation is to invite the winners to attend. Under no circumstances will the Company cover accommodation, travel, legal, or related expenses.
8.6 Physical Prizes
Where a prize consists of a physical item, the Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to arrange its delivery to the winner. Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for any import duties, customs clearance, or local restrictions associated with the delivery. Where delivery is not possible due to logistical, legal, or other practical limitations, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the item with a cash equivalent of comparable value, as determined at the Sponsor's discretion.
8.7 Taxes and Winner Notification
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations arising from the receipt of a prize. The Sponsor will not cover these amounts unless required by law.
Potential winners may be announced live during the event and/or contacted via the email address on file. Failure to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or within any other timeframe specified at the time of notification, may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.
VIP Challenge sessions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where winners are contacted by call during any VIP Challenge session (including, in particular, the MacBook giveaway held during each VIP session of our online events), the potential winner must answer immediately in order to be eligible and confirmed as the official winner, in accordance with the rules of that Giveaway. Otherwise, the Sponsor will proceed to the next contestant.
8.8 Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8.9 Relationship to Products and Refunds
Participation in a Giveaway is a bonus feature and does not form part of the core product offering. Winning or not winning a prize does not, in itself, affect your refund rights. However, the acceptance or retention of a prize constitutes a waiver of any eligibility for a refund of the related product under Section 6.
8.10 Disqualification, Substitution and Third Parties
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative, unless otherwise required by law or unless substitution is necessary. The Sponsor may, at its discretion, substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Apple Inc. and other third parties are neither sponsors nor affiliates of these Giveaways, and their trademarks are used for identification purposes only.
8.11 Competition Earnings Display
By participating in any program or service that includes a competition or leaderboard feature, you acknowledge and agree that your earnings may be displayed on the applicable leaderboard as part of the program's features, unless you expressly opt out through the settings provided. Opting out will remove your earnings from public competition displays.
9. Lifetime Access Definition
"Lifetime access" applies to program content only. Unless otherwise stated, mentorship, support, software access, and community features are generally provided for a period of twelve (12) months. Continued access beyond that period may require additional payment. Delivery formats and platforms are subject to change.
10. Community Guidelines
We may host private groups, chats, forums, competitions, and leaderboards for our members. These spaces are intended to be supportive environments in which to learn, ask questions, and share progress. Respectful conduct is required of everyone who participates, and by participating you agree to comply with the following guidelines:
You shall treat other members and the Company's team with respect. Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or demeaning behavior of any kind is prohibited.
You shall not promote your own business, products, services, or content, or those of any third party, and shall not sell or attempt to sell any product or service to other members.
You shall not post spam, including repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited messages.
You shall not share invitations or links to external groups, servers, communities, or websites.
These guidelines apply equally to participation in competitions and leaderboards. Any abuse or manipulation of a competition, or any misrepresentation of your earnings or results, constitutes a violation of these guidelines.
We may remove any content that violates these guidelines, and may suspend or remove any participant who breaches them, at our sole discretion and without refund.
11. Use of Software Products
11.1 Software Included in Monetise
Access to GhostwriterOS, Synthesise AI, AskIman, Alchemy of Self, and ListKit (for eligible clients who joined Monetise during the Side Hustle Summit in September 2026), as included in Monetise, is granted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout, and is subject to fair use. Excessive or abusive use may result in suspension of access without refund.
11.2 AskIman – Challenge Fast-Track Kit and Summit Fast-Track Kit
Access to AskIman included in the Challenge Fast-Track Kit and the Summit Fast-Track Kit is available solely for the duration of the relevant challenge or event. Upon its conclusion, AskIman will be permanently removed from that product suite and will no longer be available to those users.
In particular, access to AskIman included in the Summit Fast-Track Kit is provided until the end of the Side Hustle Summit on September 20, 2026 (inclusive), after which it will expire. To continue using AskIman beyond that date, users may either purchase Monetise, which includes access to AskIman, or purchase standalone access to AskIman.
11.3 AskIman – The Side Hustle Challenge
Access to AskIman included in The Side Hustle Challenge is provided for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
11.4 AI Income Challenge – Software Access
For customers who purchased the AI Income Challenge Fast-Track Kit, access to AskIman is provided until November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST, and access to Alchemy of Self is provided until November 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
For customers who purchased the AI Income Challenge VIP Ticket, access to Alchemy of Self is provided until December 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
11.5 Expiry of Access
Access to the software products described in this Section 11 will expire automatically on the dates and at the times specified, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all of our products and services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Company does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All materials are provided for educational purposes only. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making any decision.
13. Registration and Account Security
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
