The Role
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will own meaningful parts of our software stack and ship fast, reliable, and scalable features end to end. You will work across front-end and back-end, turning product ideas into production-ready systems used by users around the world.
This is not an entry-level role. You will be expected to think independently, write clean code, and take full responsibility for what you build.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain scalable full-stack features that enable strong user experiences and measurable business impact.
Lead development of high-impact features across design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Develop new features and infrastructure to support fast-moving product and business requirements.
Architect end-to-end systems optimised for speed, reliability, and scale.
Take ownership of projects from concept through launch and iteration.
Ensure application performance, uptime, and code quality across the stack.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product partners to move quickly without sacrificing standards.

You have extensive experience with React.js and modern JavaScript.
You have a proven track record designing and shipping complex UI solutions.
You understand REST APIs, system integration, and backend fundamentals.
You have experience building with Node.js on the backend.
You follow security best practices and care about performance and reliability.
You debug effectively and optimise for real-world usage.
You collaborate well across functions and communicate clearly.
You pay close attention to detail and hold a high bar for code quality.
You adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
