As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, cinematic videos that connect on a personal level and hold attention from start to finish. You will work closely with Iman Gadzhi and the content team to shape narratives that feel authentic, intentional, and visually compelling.
This role goes beyond cutting footage. You are a storyteller. Your work should elevate everyday moments into cohesive narratives that resonate emotionally and reinforce the brand.

What You'll Do
Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, turning raw footage into polished, engaging stories.
Collaborate closely with the lead editor to manage multiple video projects while maintaining consistently high standards.
Enhance storytelling through colour grading, pacing, music selection, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Work across a range of content formats when needed, including YouTube videos, ads, internal videos, and program content.
Attend daily team calls with the editing and design teams and stay aligned on priorities and timelines.
Coordinate weekly with your Head of Department to ensure deliverables are met.
Continuously develop your creative skill set and bring new ideas, techniques, and inspiration into the editing process.
AI in your Timeline
AI is becoming a big part of how we edit and create content.
We're looking for editors who are curious about AI and interested in using it to make their work faster, more creative and more efficient. You don't need to be an AI expert. But you should be comfortable experimenting with new tools and figuring out how they can improve your workflow.
This could include:
Using AI to speed up repetitive editing tasks.
Generating or enhancing visuals and B-roll.
Creating animations, VFX or other visual elements.
Improving audio and dialogue.
Using AI for research, ideation and creative problem-solving.
Experimenting with new AI video and editing tools as they become available.
We care less about which tools you already know and more about your willingness to learn and experiment.
The Ideal Candidate
You think like a storyteller, not just an editor.
You understand video compression and optimisation for online platforms.
You have extensive experience editing videos for YouTube.
You are comfortable using motion graphics and animation tools such as After Effects.
You are highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
You collaborate well with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
You have strong colour grading skills and a sharp eye for visual consistency.
You pay close attention to detail and care deeply about quality.
You know how to turn daily life and real moments into engaging narratives.
You take ownership and hold yourself to a high creative standard.
Requirements
Proven experience editing content for YouTube.
Strong technical editing skills, including colour grading and motion graphics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment.
Strong written and spoken English.

Sneak-Peek into Our Internal Operating Values
We Only Work With A-Players
If you've ever been the strongest person on a weak team, you know exactly what that costs. Carrying people who should be carrying themselves. Waiting on work that should have been done yesterday. Watching standards slip because nobody in the room is willing to be the one who says something.
We built Consulting so that never happens here.
Every department is built around A-players, people who raise the bar just by being on the team & make everyone around them faster. Not everyone walks in at that level & that's fine. Staying below it is not. If you have gaps but real trajectory, you'll get coached hard & early. If you slow execution & drain energy, you won't stay, because at that point keeping you is our failure as much as yours.
You Shouldn't Apply If
You want a normal 9-5. This role is NOT easy & requires an all-in mentality. We're looking for an applicant who will put in the work that others won't.
You are married to your ideas or cannot take creative criticism.
You want a part-time gig and the ability to work with multiple clients.
